Back to Basics

What are you eating, drinking and breathing in? Are you on the move or has exercise become a thing of the past? Has your social connection reduced to the doorman delivering goods to your home while you WFH?

Let’s start at the beginning by rooting out some fundamentals.

The basis of self-esteem is the development of a sense of self.

In this session, you will come to realise that many of the life patterns playing out over time are coming from a misplaced sense of self as you try to ‘fill’ a void that you feel is within you when in reality you’re living according to other people’s values.

Self Esteem

Relationships

Life satisfaction and happiness stem from relationships.

What happens when you have more money than you can spend in a lifetime? You begin building connections with people you admire, love, and care about.

Once your self-esteem’s established, making connections becomes easy whether or not you’re introverted, extroverted or an ambivert.

Èna Nèo

“èna nèo” translates into the English word for “anew”

Fulfilment

What are your needs? Personal needs and needs inside different types of relationships?

Knowing your needs as they relate to your values and having a good sense of when to be introspective and be outside yourself is the bedrock of fulfilment.

Intimacy

What is the opposite of loneness?

Connection comes from intimate relations and there is a depth of intimacy that far surpasses sexual and physical intimacy.

Cognitive, emotional, and spiritual intimacy form close connections that make us feel whole.
